Step 1:
View the apartment, or chat live with on of our leasing agents.

Step 2:
If you meet the requirements outlined below, Apply at Innago each prospective tenant 18+ must fill out an online application and include the following:

• Application submitted though Innago

• $50 application fee (per application)

• Photo ID

• Proof of income, bank statement or check stubs

• Copy of your most recent bank statement

 

Requirements:

No more than 2 adults 1 child per studio or state law depending on unit size.

Income of 2.5+ the amount of the monthly rent, verified electronically by the employer, pay stubs or tax return. 
We look for good references from both your current and past Landlord's. Please make sure you provide accurate names and phone numbers for us to contact them.

Good credit is required, if you’re on the fence we can accept co-signer (separate application required).  

We do not accept anyone that has been evicted OR has any landlord debt, our apologies.

Step 3:
Once approved we will need a holding deposit to hold the unit for you.  We are first come first served, meaning to hold the unit we require the approved application AND deposit equal to 1 months’ rent… at that point we can prepare the lease for signature though our partners at Innago.com.  If you do not pay the holding deposit the unit it will remain on the market for other people to view and apply for until a deposit is received.

 

Fee Scale:

- Application Fee $50 per applicant (non-refundable) paid through Innago

- CA: Refrigerators are avail for rent, they are $75 each per month.  Pets are welcome, pet rent is $75 per pet per month. $500 pet deposit required. ($90 reserved for flea treatment after moving)

- OH: Refrigerators are avail for rent, they are $50 each per month.  Pets are welcome, pet rent is $50 per pet per month. $250 pet deposit ($90 reserved for flea treatment after moving)

- Lease preparation fee is $195

- Innago Fee $29

- Common area trash fee $25

- Parking, most of our CA properties do not include parking, parking would be in addition to rent and can range in price from $95 to $140 per spot per month.
